Moncrieff teams up with pianist Jamie Duffy

Moncrieff has teamed up with 21-year-old pianist Jamie Duffy , who became an overnight sensation on TikTok with his composition Solas. His debut Solas has nearly 40 million streams on Spotify 

Moncrieff talking about the song says that the song is about driving from London to Waterford in Ireland with the hope and desperation to save a relationship. Indeed running every red light and stop sign on his way, he knows that he’ll regret it for the rest of his life “if I don’t try to save it tonight,” – meaning: if he doesn’t at least try to right his wrongs and tell her how he really feels.
